Brenton Weir

Brenton is following his parents in a long line of first. Britany and Paul were my first engagement couple, Britany my first bridal model and then their wedding was my first wedding to shoot. So it's only fitting that he was my first baby to photograph. Poor guy tried to put up with us posing him and holding him in weird positions but turns out all he really wanted to do was eat! We were able to pull off a few decent pictures but we'll certainly be trying again soon!

Tifany Bridal

Had a lot of fun doing these bridal pictures for Tifany. We did these at the church she was going to be getting married at, Broadway Baptist Church in Fort Worth TX. It's a classic older church, very beautiful with lots of stained glass windows and a pipe organ.

Michael and Tifany Engagement Pictures

Last weekend I got to shoot some engagement pictures for a good friend of mine, Tifany Kobty. She's engaged to Michael Shahid, the pastor at Bayshore Christian Fellowship in Keyport NJ. Had some fun doing these. We met at the Japanese Gardens in Fort Worth on a late Saturday afternoon. Temperature was about 80 and wind was 20-25 with gust up to 35mph. Was a little worried about the wind. Long hair and wind don't always make for great portrait photography. But once we got inside the Japanese Gardens, the large trees and landscaping dampened it quite a bit. Was hardly a problem. And a big thanks goes out to Paul Green for helping with the pictures. The guy knows how to hold a reflector and umbrella flash! He's also a photographer so I hope to be able to return the favor and work with him on a project or two.

Wayne and Elisha Addamz

Got to do the Save The Date pictures for my best friend Wayne this last weekend. We started off at the Kimbell Art Museum, one of Elisha's favorite places. But it turns out the museum has recently started construction on their back 40. Didn't get to include some of the wide angle shots I had planned but that's ok. We improvised and the pictures came out great. Next we went next door to the Modern Art Museum and had planned on going out by their little pond but we got their right as they were closing. So we headed down to the Ft. Worth Botanical Gardens and did some shots around there. All in all, they turned out great and this little couple look awesome together. Way to go Wayne!
